Documents at Work
When I was at Xerox, I helped roll out the "Xerox: The Document Company" position. One challenge was to raise the document literacy rate of employees, and also to be able to have something to share with customers. We came up with a series of documents to teach people how to create better documents.
Looking back twenty five years later, I can recognize so many design considerations I try to work into my current sims, including:
